However, depending on the time of cancellation request, a refund excluding the cancellation fee is available, as shown below.

Cancellation request 30 days prior to the event: 80% refund excluding 20% cancellation fee

Please note that in the event of a refund, any transaction fees, including but not limited to credit card processing fees, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are made based on the payment method. However, refunds are not made immediately and the period of time required varies depending on the refund method.
Please note that, depending on the circumstances of the credit card company, it may take up to 2–3 weeks for the refund to be processed.
