English is the official language of the lectures. However, an AI translation system supporting multiple languages is available in every lecture room. To access the service, please scan the QR code at the entrance of the venue.
Photography and video recording are permitted in the conference room before and after the lecture.

However, photography, video recording, and audio recording that may disclose the content of the presentation are not permitted during the session.

The Event is open exclusively to business professionals, licensed medical practitioners, and students enrolled in medical, dental, Korean traditional medicine, nursing, or other health-related university programs who are at least 19 years of age

To become an exhibitor, please contact us through various channels — via chat, at info@amwc-korea.com or through our website.
Please contact us via “Request Exhibitor pack” and we will send you an Exhibitor Pack.
In the Pack file, you can check the quotes by booth size, sponsorship, and options.
Please complete the application form after reviewing the form and the regulations included at the back of the exhibitor pack. You must sign in the designated signature section to confirm that the application is accurate and that you have read all regulations. The signature section must also be stamped with the company seal.

Booth applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which signed applications are received. However, companies that have applied for sponsorship will be given priority in accordance with their sponsorship level.
After confirming the booth, an invoice will be issued.

Immediately after the invoice is issued, a deposit of at least 50% must be paid, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by March 18. The payment method available is wire transfer.
No. All AMWC Korea badges will have the wearer’s photo printed on them.

If it is found that the photo on the badge does not match the wearer, entry will be denied and the badge will be confiscated.
