Simultaneous interpretation services in Korean and English are available only in Room A and Room B.

You can check the language of each lecture at the entrance of the conference room.

If you wish to use the simultaneous interpretation service, please request a headset upon entering the conference room.
Photography and video recording are permitted in the conference room before and after the lecture.

However, photography, video recording, and audio recording that may disclose the content of the presentation are not permitted during the session.

You may cancel the pass you have purchased by sending your request to registration@euromedicomkorea.co.kr.

However, depending on the timing of your cancellation request, a refund—excluding the applicable cancellation fee—will be issued, as outlined below.

Cancellation request 30 days prior to the event: 80% refund excluding 20% cancellation fee

Cancellation request 15 days prior to the event: 50% refund excluding 50% cancellation fee

Cancellation request within 15 days prior to the event: No cancellation or refund

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

However, they are not issued immediately, and the processing time may vary depending on the refund method.

To become an exhibitor, please contact us through various channels — via chat, at info@euromedicomkorea.co.kr or through our website.
Please contact us via “Request Exhibitor pack” and we will send you an Exhibitor Pack.
In the Pack file, you can check the quotes by booth size, sponsorship, and options.
Please complete the application form after reviewing the form and the regulations included at the back of the exhibitor pack. You must sign in the designated signature section to confirm that the application is accurate and that you have read all regulations. The signature section must also be stamped with the company seal.

Booth applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which signed applications are received. However, companies that have applied for sponsorship will be given priority in accordance with their sponsorship level.
After confirming the booth, an invoice will be issued.
After the invoice is issued, a deposit of at least 50% must be paid within two weeks, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by March 18. The payment method available is wire transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us at info@euromedicomkorea.co.kr
If a product has been approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), it may be sold at the event.

However, the sale and distribution of samples of unapproved products are strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with this regulation may result in strong sanctions imposed by the organizer.
In addition, if non-compliance with these regulations causes any disruption to the event, the organizer reserves the right to hold the responsible party fully liable and to seek compensation for all resulting damages.
No. All AMWC Korea badges will have the wearer’s photo printed on them.

If it is found that the photo on the badge does not match the wearer, entry will be denied and the badge will be confiscated.
