Refund Request Process

Dear Customer,

You can cancel the Pass you've purchased. Please send your request to registration@euromedicomkorea.co.kr. However, depending on the time of cancellation request, a refund excluding the cancellation fee is available, as shown below.

  • Cancellation request 30 days prior to the event: 80% refund excluding 20% ​​cancellation fee

  • Cancellation request 15 days prior to the event: 50% refund excluding 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation request within 15 days prior to the event: No cancellation or refund

 

Refunds are made based on the payment method. However, refunds are not made immediately and the period of time required varies depending on the refund method.
